BRENT CLARK
Managing Director & Chief FINANCIAL Officer
Brent is a co-founder of Arcadia Funds and serves Arcadia in a number of capacities - commensurate with his multi-disciplined experience in the arenas of banking, insurance, risk assessment, tax, legal and accounting. Brent serves as the firm’s CFO and COO and uses his background in law and tax to organize and monitor the day-to-day finances of Arcadia Funds and its relationships with our various clients. These duties include helping establish and manage senior lending facilities, cash management, tax matters, audit and operational controls. Brent is a member of the Firm’s Investment and Valuation Committees and is involved in all critical strategic decision making both for the management company and for the Funds.
Before joining Arcadia’s team, Brent was a co-founder of Strategic Risk Solutions, a leading solution provider for companies seeking to solve complex insurance problems. He was also an executive director of the Strategic Risk
Solutions unit at Winterthur, a member of the Credit Suisse Group. After starting his finance career as a risk management consultant at Tillinghast, Brent was a founding member of Banker’ s Trust Insurance Derivatives Group, where he worked within the Bank’s capital markets group to develop financial solutions targeting the insurance industry.
Brent holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, received his MBA (Risk Management) from the University of Georgia and his BS in Economics from Centre College.
