Toni is the team lead for deal sourcing and originations and supports the Fund’s partners in managing their inbound and outbound investment pipelines. His responsibilities include establishing and managing KPIs across the entire sourcing team, determining best practices and guiding members of the sourcing team, generating leads for new investment opportunities with a focus on emerging tech-enabled specialty finance platforms, performing due diligence on select investment opportunities, and presenting and documenting new opportunities to our Investment Committee. And when Toni is not actively engaged in managing the Fund’s investment pipeline, he is building and maintaining relationships with startup founders, management teams, and venture capital and private equity professionals, in addition to continually finding ways to improve our processes across the board.

 

Owing to his matriculation at Harvard Business School where he joins the Class of 2020, Toni has taken a leave of absence from Arcadia Funds.

During down time from his studies, Toni will continue to work with Arcadia by focusing on portfolio companies where he was principally involved in cultivating the relationship and he will continue to be involved in identifying new opportunities.
